Multi-step operations

REST returns a single ReferenceId for one clone job. GraphQL campaignClonesCreate supports batch cloning via campaignCloneData—map a single REST clone to one element with numberOfClones: 1. Track progress with campaignCloneProgress (see the campaign clone status read endpoint).
