Standardized selection objects

The following fields follow standardized values:
- Ad format
- Browser
- Category
- Content rating
- Device make
- Genre
- Geo segment
- Language
- Mobile carrier
- Operating system
- Venue type
IMPORTANT: Standardized selection objects aren't defined as enumeration values, so you must add quotation marks when specifying the ID and string pair.
