POST /proposal

Creates a new proposal.

Before you create a proposal, be sure to have the following information available:

The partner seat ID in The Trade Desk platform. To retrieve a list of seat IDs, use the GET /proposal/seats endpoint.
The seller ID value from the sellers.json file or a unique ID of the seller.
The external deal ID from the bid request in The Trade Desk platform.
At least one creative format restriction for each deal.

Request example

To create a proposal, use the POST /proposal endpoint and include the required proposal and deal information.

Response example

A successful response to a POST /proposal request returns a Proposal object with a proposal ID and RevisionNumber set to 1.
